Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the proof of purchase or receipt.

Who Covers the Return Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged, or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind, size, or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect product. We will evaluate the situation and do our best to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items for Hygiene Reasons
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns of personal care products, supplements, or cosmetics that have been opened or used.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card company.
